How much does a property cost in Majadahonda in 2026?

The sources don't agree, because they measure different things. Idealista (asking price) showed 4,957 €/m² in July 2026. Its monthly series rises from 4,573 €/m² in January. Models based on valuations give lower figures: RealAdvisor put it at about 4,200 €/m² in August 2026 in postcode 28222.

  • Apartments: around 4,600 €/m² according to Engel & Völkers (August 2026) and RealAdvisor.
  • Houses: about 3,300 €/m² in the same reports. It is lower because houses have large plots and built areas.
  • Median price of an apartment: about 520,000 € according to RealAdvisor (May 2026).

To set a price, use the asking price as a ceiling and the valuations as a floor. The real closing price usually lands between the two. We give you a range by street, not just the municipality average.

Renting in Majadahonda: prices and trend

Rents are much steadier than sale prices. Idealista showed 16.2 €/m² in September 2026, up 1.9 % on a year earlier. The recent high was 16.7 €/m² in May. The summer months dipped slightly.

On those figures, a 100 m² apartment costs about 1,600 € a month on average. RealAdvisor puts the median rent for an apartment at about 1,800-2,000 € in 2026.
